Annette Dubois Oden

Annette Oden Dubois passed away on Saturday January 3rd, 2026, after a long battle with cancer. Her final moments were spent peacefully in Houston, Texas at Harbor Hospice with her husband by her side. Annette married Michael Lee Oden on March 7th, 1981. Together, they raised their family in Lake Jackson, Texas.

Known for her humor, kindness, and creativity, she was loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Her favorite past times were renovating British sports cars, tending to her garden, and spending time with her family. Growing up by the coast, she loved hanging out at the beach and soaking up the sun. Annette’s family asks that she be remembered for the joy she brought to others in life & not the sadness of her passing.

She is survived by her brothers Michael and Kenny Dubois, her sister Margaret Ammons, her husband Michael Oden and children Jennifer Bailey, Christopher Oden and Carley Castillo, and her granddaughters Arya Bailey and Adelaide Oden.
