Aurora Linda Martinez

Linda was born on July 25, 1942 in Bay City, TX to the late Francisco Moreno and Clara Rangel. Linda was employed at the DOW chemical cafeteria for 38 years which later changed to ARMARK. She loved spending time with her family and friends and of course she loved to go to the garage sales every Saturday morning.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents Francisco and Clara Rangel Moreno, son Larry Rodriquez, son Joe Manriquez Jr., brothers Frank (Paco) and Lorenzo Moreno and the father of her children Donald Ray Thomas Sr. Left to cherish her memories are children; Marlon Thomas Sr (Theresa), Carrie Thomas and Donald Thomas Jr; grandchildren Amber, Courtney and Jerry Higgins, Marlon and Andrew Thomas; siblings Arthur (Valentine), Juan (Linda), Angel, Exsiquio, Isamel, Guillermo, Joe (Kathy) Moreno, Lupe Velazquez, Maria Reyes (Raymond), Isabel Moreno; eleven great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Friday, November 26, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Restwood Funeral Home, 1038 West Plantation Dr, Clute, TX 77531. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Restwood Funeral Home.
