Aurora Perez Solis

Aurora was born on June 9, 1939, in Freeport, Texas, to her beloved parents Jose O Perez Sr and Cristobal Torres Perez. Aurora found love with Adam Solis Sr of Freeport, Texas, and they shared a life for 50 years, marking their marriage on June 14, 1956. She was baptized on October 19, 1975, as one of Jehovah's Witnesses and remained a dedicated servant throughout her life embracing Jehovah's teachings.

With a passion for sewing, a love for beach outings, and a fondness for dancing, Aurora found joy in life's simple pleasures. Aurora dedicated herself to serving the community through her work at BISD. Later, she prioritized caring for her loved ones at home, showing her unwavering commitment to family above all else.

In the embrace of eternity, Aurora now joins her parents, Jose O Perez and Cristobal Torres Perez, her loving husband, Adam Solis Sr, and her first grandson Ramiro Machuca Jr.

Left to cherish her memory are her 8 children: Sylvia Solis, Guadalupe (Pete Ramirez), Adam Solis Jr (Celia), Lydia (Tony Cabarrubia), Angelica Solis, Steve Solis (Priscilla), Lisa Arauz, and Mario Solis (Noemi).

Aurora’s love also touches the lives of 19 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren. Her memories and love will continue to resonate through the generations she leaves behind.

The family of Aurora Perez Solis extends their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has offered words of comfort and support during this challenging period of mourning. Your kindness and prayers have provided strength and solace during this difficult time, and your compassion will always be remembered and cherished.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate to know her.

Funeral services will be 11am Friday, April 5th at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Richwood, Tx with brother Joe Castillo officiating.

Interment will follow at Restwood Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Clute.

Pallbearers: Adam Solis III, Steve Solis Jr., Pete Ramirez Jr., Jonathan Solis, and Mario Solis Jr., and Matthew Solis. Honoree: Ramiro Machuca Jr.
