Brian Alan Bourke

1968 - 2022

Brian Bourke passed away suddenly on March 30, 2022, at his home in Richwood, Texas. He was born on January 6, 1968 to Walter E. Bourke and A. Laverne Bourke-Griffin and raised in Freeport, Texas. He graduated from Brazosport High School, served his country as a Sgt in the Army and worked as a Sr. Field Testing Technician with Saber Power Services.

Brian is remembered by all who knew him as a kind, loyal, generous, intelligent and hard working man, and a father figure to a number of "bonus" kids.

Brian was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Laverne, and his son, Ryan Alan Bourke. He is survived by his beloved wife of 16 years, Nichole "Nikki" Massa Bourke; step-son Daniel Fowle and wife, Mary Leeann, step-son David Boykin; nephew Michael Sisk, and 3 grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Gemma Bourke and Rhonda Harp.

At his request, his body will be cremated and a memorial service will be held Friday, April 8, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Jeff Muchow at Restwood Funeral Home, 1038 West Plantation Drive in Clute, Texas 77531.
