Cecil Daniel Hughes, of Brazoria, was born on the 23rd of December 1954 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Eva Morine Hudson and Otis Daniel Hughes and died on the 20th of February 2013 in Lake Jackson, Texas at the age of 58. He had been a resident of Brazoria County since 1974. He worked as an Electrician and was a member of the Local Union 716, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his daughter, Shauna Carrigan and her husband Mike of Danbury, Texas; brothers, Hubert Hughes of Mt. Belvieu, Texas, Ernest Hughes of Lake Jackson, Texas; sister, Bobbie Young of Danbury, Texas; grandchildren, Eloy Phillips, Joaquin Phillips, Madysun Carrigan; 3 nieces and 2 nephews.
