We have known Nell since 1974 when we moved in next door to her. She was so friendly and welcoming and showed a genuine interest in our family. Our hearts are broken and we will miss her so much! Denise was kind enough to bring her to our 50th Wedding Anniversary in 2012. I know her health has not been easy for quite a number of years so it was a surprise and we were so glad to see her and Denise. Since we moved to La Grange in 1999 we missed Nell and I would call her every now and then and talk and catch up on what everyone was doing. She was such a loving person and showed that sweetness every time I talked to her. Love to all her family.

Nell was the sweetest person. John and I were just talking about her recently and wondering how she was doing as well as you, Denise, and your girls. Maybe she and my Mom can meet in Heaven and talk about my Mom's recipe columns that Nell used to enjoy reading. We lost Mom in late 2015 (and Dad last year.) It is amazing that Nell worked for 50 years with the Brazos Pilots - you must be so proud! Nell had such a calmness and peacefulness about her and nice smile. Denise, I'm always here in Angleton if you want someone to talk to or get together for lunch etc. and talk about old times and new. Hugs, Sharon & John

Nell holds a very special place in my heart, I will miss her kind heart, big smile and her infectious laugh. I was Nell's hairdresser for over 20yrs. And in those years we developed a special friendship, she was family. Her and I along with another of our good friend Betty Mulder went on several fun road trips together, we called ourselves the ' road trip buddies' We cannot begin to tell you how much we will miss her! Thanks for all the great memories, we love and miss you my friend, your ' roadies' Suzanne Chivari and Betty Mulder. Our sincere condolences to the family, praying for you.

, I met Janelda through my aunt Patsy Howard. She became a very good friend whom I wrote to often.
Any time I went to see my Aunt we would include Janelda. We had meals together and long visits and even shopped at one time.
Janelda had a cat also.well really two .Her main one she spoke of most

was Buddy Mine was Mickey ,we spoke of them often and I will miss her so much and our talks of them.
It won't seem the same going to Freeport or now ,Angleton ,to see my Aunt and know that Janelda will not be there but I know she will be with her Heavenly father and that is the best place to be and we will for sure see her later .she will be so missed...she loved her grandchildren I know that and her daughters .I didnt know too much about the rest of her family but I knew that much. She was indeed a fun and caring one to be around. We always enjoyed our time together and we all 3 looked forward to me being able to come to Freeport . Wish it could maybe have been more often.
But there will always be sweet memories in my heart till I see her again and then I won't need them because I will see her
My sympathy to the family and all who loved her .
I pray peace and comfort comes soon.

Mrs. Henderson was always greatly interested in you as a person. No matter how bad or complicated your life might be, a visit with her resulted in feeling better about yourself. She had a way of making you feel strong and accomplished. I will always cherish those interactions. May the Peace of the Lord be with her family.

Love,
Lynn

I was sad to hear that Aunt Nell died. I barely knew her in these last years, but have fond memories of her from years past. I am confident that Jehovah will remember her and bring her back to life in his due time. (John 5:28, 29) Please accept my humble condolences and encouraging support. Know that there is a chance to see her again in all her youth and beauty. Jehovah God has made certain of this fact. (1 Corinthians 15:26; Job 33:25; Job 14:14, 15)
Take comfort in that knowledge that Nell is now in Jehovah's memory-the safest place she can be.
Please tell Uncle Billy, Dennis and Denise that we are thinking of them.
