Pamela Moody

Pamela was born March 19, 1945 and passed away March 7th, 2021 in Angleton. She is preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Ray Moody of Olla, Louisiana and her father Lowell and mother Lorena Dobbs of Jena, Louisiana.

Pam is survived by her son Jeffrey Moody and wife Laura of Chandler Texas; daughter Kristi Moody Rodriguez of Lake Jackson; grandchildren Max and Macy Moody of Palestine, Texas; Jackson and Presley Rodriguez of Lake Jackson; brother Roger Dobbs and wife Pat of Jena, Louisiana.; brother-in-law William and wife Ruby Moody of Olla, Louisiana and sister-in-law Sue Baker of Florida.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Lake Jackson, attended ULM( Northeast Louisiana State College) and worked many years in the library, where she made many lifelong friends. She also enjoyed working for many years in the Radiology office of Dr. Fuchs in Lake Jackson. In high school she is remembered as an awesome basketball player who won state championships. Pam was the sweetest soul with a heart of gold. She will always be remembered as a kind, gentle mother, grandmother and friend. She was the essence of Southern charm and beauty.
