Rosie Muraira departed from this life to be with her Heavenly Father on May 26, 2014. Visitation will be Thursday, May 29, 2014 from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral service will be Friday, May 30, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Restwood Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Restwood Memorial Park.
She was born in Brownsville, Texas on December 15, 1976 to Efrain Perez and Rosa Perez. Rosie battled cancer from 2012 until May 26, 2014. Rosie resided in Freeport, Texas for the last 19 years. She was a member of Iglesia Nueva Vida in Freeport. She enjoyed and loved being a beautician.
Rosie is survived by her husband Ignacio Muraira. She was the loving mother of Ashley M. Muraira, Brigitte M. Montiel, Ignacio Muraira, and Allan R. Muraira. Rosie was the youngest of three siblings and is survived by her brother Efrain Perez and Maria Ramirez. She is also survived by Enrique, Lauro, and Ricardo Perez, whom reside in Mexico.
