Zachary Gordon Ross

He was born in Angleton, Texas on July 11, 1992. He graduated from Angleton High School in 2011, and then fulfilled one of his lifelong dreams serving in the United States Navy immediately after graduation. Zachary returned home after four years of service, in which three were served overseas in Bahrain. He was currently employed by the City of West Columbia and preparing to enter a career in law enforcement.

Zachary is survived by his father, Theodore G. Ross; and mother, Cathy Ross, of Angleton, TX; fiancé, Autumn Walleck; his sister, Molli Morgan; and brothers, Anthony Dickson and wife, Roxann, Kevin Dickson preceded him in 2008, Brent Vanest and wife, Kyndell; grandfather, Raymond Ross; grandmother, Patricia Ojeda; grandfather, Thomas Hammond Jr.; grandmother, Cindie Johnson; Uncle Matthew Ross and Lisa Ross; Uncle Thomas Hammond III; Aunt Dawnne Moore and Uncle Arthur Moore; nieces Izzy, Kindon, Amerie, Addilynn; nephews Gavin; cousins, Tanner, Autumn, Ciara, Nathan, Emily, Savannah, Hailey, Tyler, Lucas.

As well as numerous cousins, great aunts, great uncles, family members and friends from all over the world.

Pallbearers will be Arthur Moore, Thomas Hammond III, Brent Vanest, Matthew Ross, Nathan Kite, Mikel Johnson, Charles Ross. Honorary pallbearers are Ryan Jones and Leroy Delgado.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and the funeral service is 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 28, 2016 at Restwood Funeral Home, 1038 W, Planation Dr., Clute, Texas.

A reception will take place immediately following the funeral at 100 1st Street in Brazoria, TX 77422.
