Marcelina Marcy Gonzales Bocanegra

Marcelina Gonzales Bocanegra, 95, fondly remembered as "Marcy " by her friends, entered into rest and peace on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at 3 am, in Fresno CA. She worked as a cook at Coalinga Inn, Lacey Cafe and The Fifth Lane.

She was predeceased by her husband Antonio, daughter Josephina, son Rodolfo, her 4 sisters Francis Neria, Cirila Miranda, Petra Hernandez, Jennie Munoz, and one brother Trino Gonzales.

She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her three sons Nick, Tony, and Art, her two daughters Connie Ocampo and Nellie Aguilar; 14 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and one great-great grandson, her son-in-laws Javier Ocampo and John Aguilar and her daughter-in-laws Paula Bocanegra, Margaret Bocanegra, and Lydia Bocanegra.

There will be a visitation held on Friday, November 4, 2016 at St. Paul’s Catholic Church; 637 Sunset St, Coalinga, CA from 10-10:30 am; a Rosary at 10:30 am and the Funeral Mass at 11 am followed by Burial at Coalinga-Huron Cemetery District; 40054 Calaveras Ave, Coalinga, CA.
