

Born on December 30, 1931, in Stone, Ky. Carl attended school in Belfry, Kentucky, moved to Columbus, Ohio, in 1953, and worked for American Standard for 14 years. He enjoyed business and was always engaged in liquidation. In 1969, he moved his family to Florida, and with his brother and family, they built Missileland Marina. Later, he moved to Cocoa, to Clearlake Road for business there.
Preceded in death by his wife Patsy Ruth (Staton), parents Perchie and Blanche Loggins - Siblings, Walter (Gladys), Shirley Minkos (John), Kenneth (Wilma), Charles (Jackie), Perchie, Jr. (Carolyn) and Patsy Wimbish (James).
Surviving Siblings, Thomas (Cheryl), Mary O’Day (Paul), Brenda Hackney (Luke), Dennis (Susie), and Edward.
Also survived by son, Carl Loggins, Jr. (Minnie), and grandchildren Jennifer Samartino (Joey), Troy Loggins (Shelley), Brian Loar, Christie Rhodes, and great-grandchildren Delilah & Dawson Samartino, Shea Watson (Coates), Randy Rhodes (Tiffany), Jessee Rhodes (MindaMarie), and great-great grandchildren Hailey & Kaitlyn Pharris, Atticus Watson and Lily Rhodes.
Daughter, Ruth Fuleki (James), grandchildren Barbra Brausch (Todd), great grandchildren, Vincent (Sarah), and Bridget (Noah).
A visitation for Carl will be held Friday, May 30, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Wylie-Baxley Funeral Home, 1360 N Courtenay Pkwy, Merritt Island, FL 32953.
