Charles E. Groover passed away Friday, July 13, 2012, at Parrish Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sadie; and father, Gaston Groover; brother, Gerald; sister, Thelma; and son, Charles Ray. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; son, John (Karen) Groover; daughter, Patricia (Darrell) Ford, Glen Allen Groover; daughter, Tammy (Mark) Burnett, Barbara (David) Griffin, Danny (Sandy) Hickman, brother, Bobbie (Alla Mae) Groover; sisters; Margie (Bob) Westfield, Evelyn (Carl) Mobley, Brenda (Pete) Braeamante, and Linda Groover, 12 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 3 great great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and friends.
Calling hours will be held Monday, July 16, 2012, from 6 to 8 PM. Services will be Tuesday, 2 PM, at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home in Cocoa.
