Daniel was born February 17, 1964 in Spring Valley, IL to Wilbur (Mac) McLaughlin Jr. and Teri Lynn Glass. He has worked as a truck driver all his life with the most recent being ETI in Cocoa, FL. Along with driving a truck, Dan also enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his father and mother, Wilbur (Mac) McLaughlin and Nancy McLaughlin of Merritt Island, FL, sister Robin Stegall of Polkton, NC, sister, Julie Washington of Titusville, FL, brothers Wilbur (Buddy) McLaughlin, III of San Antonio, TX, James (Jim) McLaughlin of Merritt Island, FL as well as several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by three sons Anthony Smith of Pana, IL, Andrew and Alex McLaughlin of Harlan Iowa. He was preceded in death by his mother Teri Glass.
