DJ was born January 8, 1988 in Merritt Island, Florida to Michelle Kiker and David Tarbox. He attended Merritt Island High School. He was a dedicated and hardworking employee of Cocoa Beach Plumbing.
Energized by hard work, DJ took pride in a job well done. He, however, also took time to enjoy the pleasures of life. DJ knew how to push someone’s buttons and drive them mad, but he also knew how to get them to smile and laugh. His larger than life smile, kind heart, and charisma could light up any dark room. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his father, David Donald Tarbox.
DJ is survived by his mother, Michelle Kiker and sister, Mariah (John) Elsner. He also leaves behind his niece, Ava Michelle Elsner; aunts, Karen and Nita; cousins, Haley and Rachel; and all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 1:00 at Brevard Memorial Park, Cocoa, Florida.
