Dianne Boskey Gibson, 84, of Merritt Island, Florida, went to be with the Lord on October 18, 2014. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, cousin, and friend. She was born in Sanford, Florida to James Boskey and Margaret Flowers. She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy J. Gibson. She will be missed by her three children: Jack Gibson (Cathy), Jeff Gibson (Beverly), and Suzanna Young (Dale); seven grandchildren: Ashley Briggs (Barry), Amanda Smith (Graham), Clair Gibson, Jimmy Young, Jenna Young, Billy Gibson, and Jack Young; and three great-grandchildren: Sean Briggs, Jeffrey Briggs, and Remy Wilson. Dianne played a vibrant role in the Merritt Island community for over 50 years. She was a longtime member of the Merritt Island Woman's Club and a retired realtor, and enjoyed playing bridge with friends, as well as lunches out with the Marlin Girls and her Red Hat Club. Dianne's life will be celebrated at a memorial service at Georgianna United Methodist Church on Monday, October 27 at 2:00 p.m.
