Born August 13, 1916 in Vintondale, Pennsylvania, a company coal-mining town near Johnstown, she was one of nine children born to Hungarian parents. She moved to Brooklyn, New York, where she met and married Joseph P. Scotti in 1941 and raised two sons. In 1981, she and her late husband moved to Merritt Island, Florida.
She is survived by her sons, Paul C. Scotti (wife, Liz) of Palm Bay and James L. Scotti (wife, Elaine) of Merritt Island; four grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 2-3PM at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home. The service will follow at 3PM.
