Eugene was a Michigan native and moved to Merritt Island in 1965, where he lived with his loving wife Phyllis and his five children for 52 years. Eugene worked in the aviation and space industry for 60+ years, he loved his family and country and was a friend to many.
Eugene was a loving husband and father, he was of the Catholic faith and is survived by his five children, Suzanne Gardner, Steven Gardner, Sandra Chaganis, Randy Gardner and Sean Gardner. He has eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Thursday, December 28, 2017 from 1:00 – 2:00pm followed by a funeral service at 2:00pm. The visitation and service will be held at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home.
