Hazel was a Homemaker and a Missionary Baptist Sunday School Teacher, and Sunbeam Leader for many years in Kentucky and Brevard County.
Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, James, and her son, Kenneth.
Hazel is survived by her children, James (Barbara) Fisher, Virginia Ann Loyce, Elaine (Kenneth) Pelphrey, Earl (Beth) Fisher; and daughter-in-law, Barbara Fisher. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 27, 2011 at 2 PM at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, Cocoa, FL.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Wuesthoff Hospice, Rockledge, FL.
