Born in Columbus, GA, James was raised here in Florida. He was of the Baptist faith.
James worked as a mechanic, but he most enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. He was a huge Miami Dolphins and Florida Seminoles football fan.
James was met in Heaven by his grandson, Holden, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Gloria; three daughters: Shannon, Dawn, and Kaitlyn; and two grandsons: Noah and Dillon.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 3PM at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home.
