Jeanne was born in Traverse City, Michigan. She came to Brevard County in 1972. She was a top cake decorator in Michigan along with being a member of the National Cherry Festival Board of Directors. Her duties were organizing the children activities, chaired the Miss Traverse City and National Cherry Queen contests. After coming to Brevard County she had the position of the Executive Director of Brevard County Chapter of the March of Dimes for more than 13 years.
She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, stepmother, and step-grandmother. She is survived by her children, William Edward Kluzak, wife Linda of Traverse City, Michigan, Connie Jean Hall and Mark Richard Kluzak of Merritt Island, Florida. She is also survived by her niece Karen Rogala, her husband Paul, and their children Ryan and Stephen Rogala, her grandchildren Melissa Warren and husband Steven, Monica Surrency and husband Devin, Jason Kluzak and wife Anne Marie, Josh Kluzak and her great-grandchildren Aiden Warren, Emlee Warren, Kaylee Berneski, and Madison Surrency.
Her family was preceded by husband Bernard Sabins, mother Lillian Roman, father Bill Roman, sisters Joanne Cutler, Jan McCrary and her grandmother Ma Bayne.
Jeanne's wishes were to have a private affair at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home with family and friends who care to attend.
