John served his country in the USAF.
Survivors include his Father, Fred Hawes of Flowood, Mississippi, brother, Ron Hawes of Oviedo, FL and his sister, Marla (Jerry) Ball of Canaveral Groves, FL. He is also survived by nieces and a nephew. John was preceded in death by his Mother Marlene Hawes.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday August 30, 2012 at 11 AM at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, Cocoa, FL. Burial to follow at Brevard Memorial Park.
