A native of Belmont, North Carolina, Juanita moved with her husband and family to Brevard County in December 1965 from Charlotte, NC.
She devoted her life to her family and God and was active with her church, Merritt Assembly of God.
Juanita was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Paul K. Helms and daughter, Linda Junk. She is survived by her son, Tony(Diane) Helms; grandchildren: Michael(Jen) and Ryan Helms, Tina Cantwell, Michele(Frankie) Sidoti; and great-grandchildren: Ashley, Brookelynn, Cynthia, Donnie, and Roger.
Calling hours are from 10:30AM-11AM Friday, June 12, 2015 with service to follow at 11AM at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home in Cocoa. Pastor Bob Arthurs will officiate.
