

June was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church since 1955 and managed and worked at the Day Care center for 23 years, where she worked with her dear friends, Beverly Schmahl, Aileen Horton and the late Ruth Larimer. She was also active in numerous church organizations. She was a very good seamstress and made all the dance costumes for a dance studio on a couple of occasions.
At the age of 70, June became a Ham Radio Operator with lots of encouragement from husband, LeMoyne. She learned Morse code so she could get her license. She loved animals, especially dogs, and was an avid fan of automobile racing. In her later years she had a schedule of her favorite TCV programs that she watched. Gunsmoke, The Andy Williams Show and Would You Like To Be A Millionaire, were her favorites.
She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Kathy Lehman; son and wife, Lee and Lynne; daughter and husband, Sheila and Jeffery Knotts; five grandchildren, Matthew Boerner, Theresa Roll, Miriam DeLone,Marcene McHugh and Michelle Lovan, 5 great-grandchildren, Jacob Delone, Victoria Boerner, Justin and Katelyn Lovan and Tori Fritsma.
Family will receive friends on Saturday from 12 - 1 p.m. followed by funeral services at 1 p.m., Saturday, October 29 at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home. Reception immediately following, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Central Brevard Humane Society, 1020 Cox Rd., Cocoa, FL 32926 and Trinity Lutheran School, 1330 S. Fiske Blvd., Rockledge, FL 32955.
