Leisa Meunier Balch

Leisa Meunier Balch, 65, of Merritt Island, Florida, passed away August 23, 2023, at VITAS Inpatient Hospice Center, Rockledge. Leisa was born in Russellville, Kentucky, April 24, 1958. She was raised in Brevard County, Florida. She graduated from Merritt Island High School in 1976 and the University of Central Florida, cum laude, in 1979. She was a retired aerospace purchasing agent who worked for McDonnell Douglas and Boeing.

Leisa was the daughter of the late Ray August Meunier and the late Anna Clemmons Meunier.

Leisa is survived by her husband, Steven Daniel Balch, Merritt Island; brother, Marc Ray Meunier, Port St. John; son, Brenton Andrew Meunier, Rockledge; daughter, Stephanie Richelle Balch of Melbourne; and grandson, Wesley Daniel Balch of Merritt Island; three cousins, Daniel Poston, Michael Poston, and Amy Jo Carroll.

The Family will receive guests for a graveside Funeral Service August 30, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Brevard Memorial Park, Cocoa, Florida.

The family expresses gratitude to the staff of VITAS Inpatient Hospice Center for the care and compassion provided to Leisa and her family during her illness.
