Marion David Underwood, age 90, passed away on March 7, 2018, in Jupiter, FL Marion was born, March 12, 1927, in Pendergrass, GA., and was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lester and Clara Mae Underwood. He served in the US Army, as a Medical Aidman, during WWII, from 1945 thru 1947. Marion, and his wife Morene moved to Florida from Georgia in 1953. He worked at the Patrick Air Force Base Fire Department from 1954 -1980 where he retired, as Assistant Fire Chief in March of 1980. Marion is predeceased by his loving wife of 69 years, Morene, his two sisters, Mildred (Mickie) Schweighhofer and Jimmie Lou Stephens. He is survived by his son, Richard Underwood and his wife, Michel Underwood, his daughter, Connie Loveall, his granddaughter, Nicole Underwood Gonzalez and her husband, Avel Gonzalez, his grandson, Sean Underwood and his wife, Kenia Underwood, and five great grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday March 11, 2018 from 3 – 3:30 pm with service to follow at 3:30pm at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow service at Brevard Memorial Park.
