

Marjorie, known as Marge or Margie to friends and family, was born and raised in Attleboro, MA. She was the oldest of 5 siblings followed by four brothers, Ralph, Lawrence, Jerald and Clarke born to Raymond and Miriam (Tingley) Davis.
Marjorie graduated from Attleboro High School in 1944 and went on to college earning her degree in Elementary Education. Marjorie taught kindergarten and first grade for three years in New Hampshire before relocating to an elementary school in Beverly Farms, MA. Marjorie met her husband at the school in Beverly Farms where she taught and he worked as a custodian.
Marjorie married Edward (Eddie) Cerro in 1951. Marjorie and Edward had two daughters prior to moving to Florida in 1957 where he had secured a job at the new and growing space center as a security guard. Son Carl was born in Florida the following year. Marjorie worked occasionally in the church nursery at the Baptist Church on Merritt Island where she made many friends. Marjorie enjoyed crossword puzzles, Fox News, visits with friends and family and exchanging mail with friends.
Marjorie was predeceased by her husband Edward, her three brothers Ralph, Lawrence and Jerald, her parents Raymond and Miriam Davis, and many friends. Marjorie is survived by her daughters Kathleen Cerro and Paula Suzor(Ted) and son, Carl Cerro. In addition she is survived by her grandsons Nick, Jon and Michael (Tyler) Suzor.
Visitation will be held at Wylie-Baxley Funeral Home, 1360 N Courtenay Pkwy, Merritt Island, FL 32953, on March 9, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, followed by a Funeral Service at the same location.
A Committal Service will take place at Brevard Memorial Park, 320 Spring St, Cocoa, FL 32927, US, on March 9, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm.
Pallbearers will be Jon Suzor, Mike Suzor, Nick Suzor, Nathan Paris, Eric Hull, and Julian Spadt.
