Peggy was the most amazing, caring, friendliest and loving person ever. I met Peggy and Ry through my granddaughter Kailey. Ry and Kailey were best buddies growing up. Peggy would always invite Kailey to go places with her and Ry or vice versa. We would talk for long hours throughout FB message, about everything. Her beautiful flowers, her doggies, her turtle and her favorite subject Ryan! Back in the day (1984) Peggy worked at the Texaco station across from MDAC, so we knew a lot of the same people from going into her store. I just can't imagine not talking with my friend anymore but I know she is in Heaven. I love and will miss you Peggy

Peggy reached out to me 4 years ago over a purse. What started out as a fondness of Harveys purses, grew into a wonderful friendship. I talked to her on a daily basis. My night shift hours & her east coast time change made it perfect for us to chat all the time. We talked about Ryan the most, but of course Roses, orchids, clowns, Disney and more. We wanted to meet up next year at disneyworld, and I am crushed I won’t be able to meet my friend. Until we can chat again my friend, I will always think of you! 💜 -RosiePosie

I was heartbroken to hear of Peggy’s sudden passing. We met Peggy when Ryan and my daughter were in 2nd grade class together. We moved in 2005 and we remained in touch throughout the years. She was one of the sweetest ladies I know, a great mother to Ryan and a caring friend to all she met. Our thoughts and prayers are with Paul, Ryan and family.

I got to know Peggy about 5 years ago when we lived in Germany. We both loved Disney and Harvey’s purses. I have bought from her and she had bought from me. She was the one person you could ask anything about Harvey’s purses and she would know. As many lady’s in our FB groups we knew Peggy loved Purple, clowns and flowers. I remember talking to her when we first moved to Florida how we finally lived close enough to get to meet each other. Well that never happened 😢. Life is busy and I will regret it for the rest of my life not getting to meet her. I will miss talking to you my friend especially late at night when I couldn’t sleep. May you RIP angel till we meet again

I met Peggy, aka “Purple Peggy” through the many Harveys purse groups and our dear mutual seatbelt “sister” Tiffany. We never met in person but we both loved Harveys seatbelt bags and the color purple💜! When I had a question or needed advice on bags I knew who to go to lol! I enjoyed chatting through Facebook especially late nights when no one was awake lol. She was so kind, and will be missed so much! It’s hard to believe she’s gone so soon 😥 sending thoughts and prayers to family and friends. 💜

Friends through Facebook and a mutual love of purple and seatbelt bags...sometimes good friends are the ones you never meet in person. She was such a good, warm hearted and fun lady. Her sense of humor, especially with clowns kept me smiling. Always around to give advice, information and support...she will truly be missed....

I too knew Peggy from the love of Harvey’s seatbelt bags and Disney. She was so kind, so knowledgeable and shared it all with me all one had to do was ask. She loved her family and Ry was her world from all the love she shared about him and Paul. I will miss talking with her, enjoying such an easy friendship and her in general. She was loved by her purse sisters very much 💜💜💜💜💜

I got to know Peggy through our mutual love of Disney & Harvey's Seatbelt Bag purses through the many groups we both belonged to on Facebook. I have known Peggy for many years and chatted often into the night about life, family, Disney, purses, peacocks, and many many other topics. Peggy was such a sweet and wonderful woman, and I was just devastated to receive the news of her passing so suddenly from her son Ry, who was the light of her life. My heart is very heavy with the knowledge that I will not be able to talk to my good friend anymore. In all the years that I have known Peggy, I never did have the opportunity to meet her in person, as I live in Wisconsin, far from her home in Florida. Not getting to meet her in person will forever haunt me that I didn't act sooner to make arrangements to meet her. She was my "Harvey's Purse Mentor" as she loved everything about Harvey's, that is how our friendship started. I am like many of her Purse Sisters and friends, just in complete shock and don't have the right words to express our grief. I don't know what else to say, other than, may you rest in peace my friend, and godspeed to you.

Thank you for always being there for me and always giving me your unconditional love. No little sister ever had a better big sister than you.
Though time will lessen the emptiness I am feeling, deep in my heart I know that my life will never be totally complete without you in it. I must now rely on memories of the precious moments we shared to sustain me until we meet again.
I love you dear sister and shall you always rest in peace.
