

Ralph was born November 15, 1941 in Dayton, OH to Dewitt A. Ralston and Ida P. Hendrix and was one of 3 boys. The family made their first trip to Florida in 1945. The family moved to Hollywood, Florida in 1946 and lived there for 5 years. They moved to Cocoa in 1959 when Ralph was in 9th grade. He graduated from Cocoa High School in 1962. He met his future bride in May of 1963 Judy Whitaker of Durham, N.C. on a bowling league and it was love at first sight. They married soon after in 1963. In December of 1964, they welcomed a daughter Cindy, and later, a son, Dennis.
Ralph worked for Pan Am as a pad mechanic from 1962-1978 and later for Johnson Controls and retired in September of 1998. Ralph had an interest in classic and antique cars, bowling, fishing, spending time with family and very involved with his church.
He had a lot of love most importantly for Jesus, his Savior and radiated His love to family and friends.
Ralph is predeceased by his loving wife of 45 years Judy, his parents Dewitt and Ida Ralston, brothers Merle and Don and his daughter Cindy. Ralph is survived by his son Dennis (Alyssa), son-in-law Eugene Bessette, grandchildren Michael Faulk, Jocelyn and Josiah Bessette and great grandson James Faulk.
Ralph's Celebration of Life will be Saturday, August 9th, 2025 9:30 a.m. at the graveside of Brevard Memorial Park, 320 Spring St. Cocoa, FL. Pastor Hall of Victory Baptist Church, Port St John, will be officiating service
