Richard Delano Rice, age 82, passed away on March 29, 2019. He was born on November 22, 1936 in Dennis, Kentucky a son of the late James French and Laura (Hutchinson) Rice. He served in the United States Navy and was an avid golfer.
Richard was employed as an electronic technician by Harris Corporation in Melbourne, and traveled extensively while employed by Symetrics of Satellite Beach.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years Carolyn; son Bill (Leslie) Hawkins; daughter Tracy Carol Hawkins; brother Don Rice and 2 grandchildren Abigail and William Hawkins.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 11:00 at Bowe Gardens Baptist Church, 2700 Sarno Road, Melbourne, FL 32935
