He is preceded in death by his wife Kathleen. Tommy is survived by his son, Keith; daughter, Peggy; daughter-in-law, Joy; grandson, Colton; loyal dog, Riley; granddogs, Rosco and Tula; and grandkitty, JoJo.
Tommy was born in The Bronx, New York, but soon moved, living most of his life in Port Monmouth, New Jersey.
He joined the Marines in 1963, serving as a combat engineer with the 9th Marine Expeditionary Brigade. In 1965, he was among the first US troops deployed to Vietnam, arriving in Da Nang to protect the U.S. airbase there. In 1969, he was honorably discharged.

28 in New York City for over 20 years. Tommy worked on many projects that helped create the modern New York City skyline. He retired in 1996 after being struck by a drunk driver during his evening commute. Later moving to Florida in 1999.
Although he did love to go for long rides on his Harley Davidson he truly believed that it was “never about the destination, always the journey” Tommy loved his family and friends even more. He will be missed by all who had the honor of meeting him.
To the world, he may have been simply a Dad… …but to us, he was the world.
We will gather to remember Tommy at a small service at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery on 8/18/2023 at 11:00 AM. Please arrive no later than 10:40 AM.
