Passed away peacefully at home, at the age of 73. Billy will be lovingly remembered by his wife Hazel. Dear father to David Lang (Darlene) and Amanda Kozinczak (Nicholas). Loving Poppy to Jonathan, James, Audrey, and Nola. Predeceased by his parents Othel and Hattie Mae Scarbrough. Billy was born in Macon, GA. He served in the US Army and is a Vietnam Veteran.
