Bill was born in Chicago, IL on January 10, 1945. He moved with his family to Orlando in 1960 and graduated from Edgewater High School in 1963. After high school he enlisted in the USAF serving four years. He started his career with Southern Bell in 1967. After his retirement from Bell he worked for Darden Restaurants. After retirement he pursued his love of pool, darts and poker.
Bill is survived by his wife of 51 years Karen, his daughter and son-in-law Tracy and Dave Czajka of Merritt Island, three grandsons Zachary, Chicago, IL, Ethan, and Cody of Merritt Island, his sister Sally Krasny of Homosassa, and a brother Sean Barrettsmith of Des Moines, IA.
The family will hold a private service at Brevard Memorial Park on January 10, 2021. A Celebration of Life is being planned for the middle of February.
