

Billy Isaiah Malik Raphael transitioned on Sunday, January 22, 2023. Although we all loved him dearly; God loved him more and called him home. Malik, as we affectionately called him was born to Mr. & Mrs. Billy(Jana' Tullis) Raphael in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on November 28, 1995. Malik was an avid gamer and gun collector, loved skateboarding and could spend hours putting together lego cars. At a young age, while living in Savannah, GA., Malik played football and basketball for the Carver Heights Stallions. Malik was baptized at a young age at St. Benedict the Moor Catholic Church in Savannah, GA. He along with his younger sister attended school at Butler Elementary and Notre Dame Academy. Once moving to Atlanta, Ga, Malik met many friends and acquaintances during his schooling at Woodland Middle and Benjamin Banneker High School. Malik leaves to cherish his memory: His beloved son, Osreion Amari Oshokenoya Raphael of Buffalo, NY; his loving niece Xya Renee Makayla Raphael of Atlanta, GA and nephew Jayden Xavier Davis of Tampa, FL; father, Billy Raphael, who preceded him in death, his mother, Jana' Tullis-Raphael; sisters, Jessica Lauren Davis of Tampa, FL and Ashleigh Sade' Raphael of Atlanta, GA; grandparents, Mr. & Mrs, Tharon Stevens(Dorothy Williams); Mr. & Mrs. James Tullis(Trellis) who all proceeded him in death; Ms. Lucille Raphael of Miami, FL; uncles, Devin Tullis of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Leval Stevens of Savannah, GA, that preceded him in death, Phylip Raphael and Bobbie Stevens, both of Miami, FL and Miguel Raphael of Port Charlotte, FL; aunts, Addie Owens and Eddye Campbell of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Ezalene Yant-Thompson of Dallas, TX, who preceded him in death, Adeline Issac (Lucien) of Arkansas and Suze Trouvay of Geneva Switzerland; Savannah Robinson, of Atlanta, GA his current girlfriend; along with a host of cousins, extended family and friends.
