Chuck was a devoted husband to Desha Nathaniel and a proud father to D'Asia Sweat-Nathaniel. He was known for his kind heart, sense of humor, determination, and being a Yahuah fearing man. He touched everyone he met with his warmth and laughter.
A celebration of life will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 5755 Mallory Road, College Park, GA 30349, where friends and family will gather to honor his memory. The family will receive family and friends from 11:00 am until the time of service at the Forest Lawn Chapel.
