Aunt Dody,
You will be missed so much. You were such a sweetheart. You never failed at letting me know how much you loved me. I will forever cherish the times I had with you. Many short visits, but very meaningful ones. You were a bright light in many darks days in my young life. I love you for that.
Rest now and carry all our love with you. Give all those waiting on you hugs from all of us.
God bless your journey.

Picking only one memory to share is difficult because sharing a whole life with her meant hundreds of memories. But nanny (Edna) loved us all so very much and she knew how much everyone loved her. She was one of those people that could go to the grocery store and make friends with a perfect stranger. She helped raise all of us and helped us all become the strong people that we are. She will be very missed because she was so very loved.
