

Gregory Renier Jordan was born on October 7,1964,in Atlanta,Georgia,to the union of Mr..B.J.Jordan and Mrs..Ora Bell(Jordan)Bailey.He was raised by a great step-father,Mr.Rudolph Bailey.
He accepted Christ at an early age and joined Second Mount Vernon Baptist Church,later joining Restoration Christian Deliverance Center under the leadership of Elder Maurice Mobley,where he served faithfully.
Gregory attended Atlanta Public Schools,graduating from Walter George High School class of 1982.He attended and graduated from Atlanta Area Tech,where he received his Certificate in Cabinetry.Greg enjoyed making cabinets. He was employed with Republic Services for 28 years, receiving the prestigious 2013 “Driver of the Year Award", for professionalism and dedication.
He was united in marriage with Hope Wingo on April 11,1988.They enjoyed 28 years of love until his death on September 7,2016,To this union two children were born,Gregory Renier Jordan,Jr.and Amber Marie Jordan.He was a devoted husband and loving father who worked hard to support his family.
Although he was preceded in death by his father,Mr.B.J.Jordan,he leaves a legacy of love through his beloved wife,Hope Jordan,children Gregory(and wife:Ritanza) Jordan,and Amber Jordan,granddaughters,Syria and Savana Jordan,loving mother Mrs.Ora Bell Bailey,and Step-father,Rudolph Bailey Sisters Carolyn(Anthony)Watkins,Sharolyn Jordan,Sylvia(Terry)Logan,Stepsister Tonya(Joe)Arnold and Stepbrothers Jonathan and Rudolph Bailey,Jr.;Seven Aunts Mrs.Georgia Hollman,Mrs.Annie Sue Gooden,Mrs.Ora Lee Chatman,Mary Harris,Martha Stephens,Johnnie Smith,and Gloria Ogletree;Four uncles,Mr.Eddie Ben Baker,Mr.Kenneth Baker,Robert Harris,and Jo Lewis Jordan;Two Sister-in-laws;Two Brother-in-laws;nieces,nephews,and a host of close relatives and friends.
