Randy transitioned on September 1st, 2023, from his earthly home to his heavenly home. He attended Palmetto High School and was known for his impeccable skills on the basketball court as a “Shooting Guard”. He was also an outstanding baseball player, showed interest in football and received many awards for his athletic ability.
He was also a dedicated and hard worker for the City of Fairburn in the Water & Sewer Maintenance Department. Randy was passionate about serving people in his community and was known as a jack of all trades. There was nothing he couldn’t or wouldn’t do for others. He had many God given talents, gifts, and skills such as enjoying home improvement and carpentry, as well as landscaping. In his spare time, one of Randy’s favorite hobbies was rebuilding and restoring trucks and cars.
Randy was the youngest amongst his siblings and he made sure you knew that he was the “Baby of the Family”. He had a big personality and loved socializing with family and friends. He enjoyed fishing, grilling, gathering together, listening to music, and living his best life. He always wanted a large family and was blessed with 10 children. He was a loving father, a proud grandfather, friend, and uncle to many.
He leaves to cherish his memories; his wife of 16 years, Carmarcia Allen, five sons; Randall Allen Jr., Justin Talley, Damian Peppers, DeCarlos Parker, DeQuavious Parker, five daughters; Amber Talley, Camarshe’, Raven, Savannah, and Autumn Allen, two grandchildren; Justin and Zoria, two brothers; Alfred “Petebo” and Douglas “Duck” Allen, three sisters; Deborah “DeeDee” Colquitt, Laura “Gail” Williams, and Jennifer “Jen” Dumas, three aunts; Irene Goodwin, Josephine Allen, and Trudy Arnold, two stepchildren; Michael and Drika Mack, and a host of in-laws, nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, and coworkers.
A visitation for Randall will be held Friday, September 8, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 5755 Mallory Road, College Park, Georgia 30349. A funeral service will occur Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 5755 Mallory Road, College Park, Georgia 30349. An interment will be held in forest lawn memory gardens will occur.
