Before settling in Texas, Bryan lived in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. He later moved to Dallas, Texas, where he proudly served as a Dallas Police Officer. His dedication to public service continued when he relocated to Huntsville, Texas, where he worked in various correctional officer positions within TDCJ. He retired after 20 years of service to his community. Following his retirement, he settled in College Station, Texas.
Bryan had a deep love for flying, and was a pilot who found great joy and peace in the sky. He often said that being up in his plane was the most peaceful place in the world. He also had a passion for photography, frequently taking aerial photographs while flying, developing them in his own darkroom, and personally sharing the finished photos with the property owners whose land he had captured. He found joy not only in the art itself, but in giving those memories back to others.
Bryan was a bit of a computer enthusiast long before it was common. He enjoyed tinkering with technology and figuring out how things worked. He was known for his bold sense of humor, sometimes unexpected, but always memorable to those who knew him well.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Elizabeth “Betty” Wolfe; his children, Kimberly Wolfe, Pamela Wolfe, and Jennifer Wolfe; and his cherished grandchildren, Preston WalkingStick, Jordyn WalkingStick, and Grace Ann Wolfe.
Bryan will be remembered for his service, his quiet intelligence, his dry wit, his adventurous spirit, and the deep love he had for his family and for the open skies.
