Chiu-Shing Maria Lee, 82, of College Station passed away April 3, 2016 at St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan. A funeral service is scheduled for 4:00 PM, Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in College Station. Interment will follow at College Station Cemetery.
Mrs. Lee was born September 21, 1933 in Taipei, Taiwan. She moved to College Station over 40 years ago and along with her family, they owned and operated the Egg Roll House on University Drive.
Survivors include her daughters, Shou-Lin Lee and husband Chris Fromm of California, Shou-Fen Lee of Bryan, Chen-Chen Lee of College Station and San-San Lee and husband Changwon Moon of California; a son, Yee-Hon Lee of College Station; three grandchildren, Joseph Tsai & wife Jamie, Jonathan Moon and Anthony Moon; great-granddaughter, Ella Marie Tsai.
