I just want you to know how much you all have been on my mind and in my heart since I learned about Courtney.  I can't help but remember my wonderful visit to see all of you in College Station. I loved talking to Courtney that weekend. It was just so neat sitting in her bedroom admiring all that she surrounded herself with. Diane, you took such care in feeding her well and providing a clean, toxic-free environment for Courtney... and, of course the girls and you and Scott!  I have so enjoyed the videos you have made and remember seeing glimpses of Coirtney in them!  I don't understand why I miss Courtney's presence in this world like I do, especially knowing she's free of illness and pain now. To the Cloud family, Courtney's and Diane's visit to Vicenza is one of my best memories of living in Italy. We had such fun, laughing, eating, sharing. Lovely "Courtania".... You are a bright star in heaven.

Cloud Family...I am thinking of you and am so sorry for your loss.  I loved Courtney like a sister and will miss her.  She made me laugh with her dry sense of humor.  I am especially grateful that I had the opportunity live with and spend time with Courtney and the Clouds over the summer of 2010 in College Station.  It was a special time, in a special place â€“ delicious meals a la Diane, dinner time giggles (prompted by me being the â€˜silly' one, I'm sure), playing with the girls and the kitties, playing Settlers (of course!), walks in the country, swimming, rides in the family golf cart, going to the farmers market, birthday celebrations â€“ just hanging out and being together. Another great thing about that summer were the visits from my family â€“ my mom, sisters and brother â€“ who all just loved Courtney.  You are all very special to me - you are family.  If there is anything I can do, please let me know.  I love you!
