

E. Louise Morgan, 90, of College Station, formerly of El Paso, Texas passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016 at the St. Joseph Manor in Bryan, Texas. Graveside services are scheduled for 10:30 A.M. Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the College Station City Cemetery, 2530 South Texas Avenue in College Station, Texas with Reverend John Faust officiating.
Louise was born to Thelma Cates Porter and William H. Porter on October 19, 1925 in Santa Rosa, New Mexico. The family moved to El Paso when she was six months old where she lived for over 70 years. She retired from the Govt. Employees Credit Union of El Paso after 28 years. Louise was a former member of the Western Hills Methodist Church in El Paso before moving to College Station in 1999. She also volunteered several years at the Brazos Valley Rehabilitation Center in Bryan.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents, and spouses, William A. Moore and R. C. Morgan. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law Sherrie Ann and Steve Deuell of Houston; son and daughter-in-law, William “Bill” and Sonja Moore of College Station; two granddaughters, Leslie Hadskey and husband Dave of Mandeville, LA and Ashley Moore of Ft. Worth; one grandson, Cody Moore and his wife Jaclyn of College Station; two great-grandsons, Jack Hadskey and Theo Hadskey of Mandeville, LA; two step-daughters, Dr. Susan Roos and husband Phil of Arlington, TX and Carol Morgan of San Antonio, TX; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff of the College Station Medical Center and the staff at St. Joseph Manor for their support and care.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Louise’s name may be made to Hospice Brazos Valley.
