He was preceded in death by his wife Doris Novosad, parents Jerry and Helen Novosad, and brother Jerry Novosad Jr.
He is survived by his son Christopher John Novosad of College Station, his grandson Christopher Charles Novosad of College Station, his brother Alvin Novosad and wife Pat Novosad of Chapel Hill, his niece Lori Thompson of College Station, and his nephew Jerry Novosad III of Bryan, Texas.
A visitation for Johnny will be held Thursday, July 21st, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Chapel, located at 2901 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas from 4:00pm to 5:30pm, with a funeral service immediately following.
