Magdalena Lopez

Magdalena Lopez entered into rest on December 16, 2010 at her residence in College Station. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 18, 2010 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in College Station. A funeral service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 18, 2010 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in College Station. Interment will follow at College Station Cemetery.

Magdalena was born March 11, 1937 in Pasadena, Texas, the daughter of Manuel and Eduarda (Ruiz) Coronado. She married Jesse Lopez on April 23, 1959. Magdalena and Jesse moved to College Station in 1996. She was a member of Aldersgate Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Jesse Lopez; daughters and son-in-law, Irma & Juan Rivera of San Antonio, Emma & J.R. Torres, Elma & David Adame, all of College Station; grandchildren, Elizabeth Sepulveda & Jorge Sepulveda, of San Antonio, Jesse Keith Torres of College Station, John Rivera & Amanda Rivera of San Antonio, Crystal Torres of College Station, Natalie Rivera of San Antonio, Lauren Adame & Lisette Adame of College Station; great grandchildren, A.J. Sepulveda, Isaac Sepulveda, Isabella Rivera; brothers, Juan Coronado and Natividad Coronado and a sister, Virginia Escobedo.
