Melissa was a little doll. She was so sweet and caring. She was my go-to person and anytime I needed something she was always offering her help.
She will be missed and she is now Flying High and singing with the Angels and she will be missed by many people.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time.
Until we meet again Melissa~~~~~~~

Melissa was truly an extension of our family and will always be. She wasn't the type of person you'd meet and then just forget about about moments later. This woman was amazing, and she left a lasting impression on each and EVERYONE she'd encounter. There was no bordem or sadness, no bickering or strife when she was around, just rainbows and butterflies. She was truly what she called, "My Sister from Another Mother. " I will Always Love you Melissa McNabb. You'll forever be a part of my heartbeat.
Jayson, I love you Big Boy.

When I heard the news I was completely devastated. It is rare to meet someone who almost instantly forms a bond that lets you know how much she cares. Her laugh was so joyful, and her passion for those she served showed how big her heart was. I can still see her smile and it brings me joy.
To the family, my prayers for you all will be never ending, and I would ask that you cherish those times that bring you joy in her memory. God bless you all.

It was always a joy to be around her and she always had a smile on her face and always ready and willing to be an ear to listen and also, always more than, willing to help when and where ever she was needed.

I admit that I am still in shock over Melissa's passing. I am a 'Nervous Nellie' when it comes to communicating electronically about issues, and Melissa has always been patient and kind to me. She provided empathy in my HR situations, and also gave me 'step by step' tips on the ways of Wayfair's WFM policies. Melissa was always available as a support and a resource, and I will absolutely miss her greatly.
My thoughts and prayers are with her loved ones. She left us way too soon.

Melissa and I met my first day at Wayfair. She quickly became my favorite person to talk to in our SSC class and I really looked forward to our lunches. When she got on the HR team, she brought so much life and laughter to our pod. Everyone who knew her, loved her. It was impossible not to. I used to joke and call her mom because of the age difference but she really was like a mom to me .
Melissa was always so kind, genuine, and a good friend.
Love you always Mel.

To the Family,
Losing a loved one is never easy. Melissa was a beautiful person that I had the pleasure of meeting along with her son Jayson. We had a chance to spend time together outside of work and develop a friendship that I will always cherish. My thoughts and prayers are with you. To Jayson, your mother had a lot of friends and people who cared about her. Because of who she was to many, know that we will continue to pour our love and attention into you. Please feel free to reach out for anything. I am here to support in whatever capacity that you may need me.

I met Missy when she was leaving Evans and Evans insurance. She trained me to take her place. She became more than just my trainer she became a friend for the last 10+ years. She took me to Houston rodeo with her and Jayson and the amount of fun we had and the amount of love she had for her son was indescribable. We have kept in touch over the years on Facebook and Snapchat and after having a son of my own she had given me so many wonderful pieces of advice mother to mother for my son. The biggest thing was to be that mom that listens so he will always come to me and talk about anything. I can tell her and Jayson had that close mother son relationship and I will always envy and look up to her as a boy mom. I’m so heartbroken to hear of your passing Missy. I had just heard from you Wednesday and am still in shock. I just pray for your mom, sister and Jayson. Most of all I want Jayson to know how much you adored him and loved him and how transparent you were about that!

The news of your passing has left me heartbroken 💔..
The memories I have of us will always be in my heart. When you and Jayson left North Dakota it was hard and we both had busy lives so we didn’t keep in touch like we should have. Miss you and love you. RIP

Melissa, I am still in disbelief that you are gone. Jayson had the best mother in the world. He is your biggest achievement. I love you so much. Our 20 years of friendship will be treasured till my last day. You will always be my TXBFF. I will miss you forever. My heart is broken for your family. May God bring peace and patient as they go through this never ending grief of losing you. Amen. ❤️ ...till we meet again...

I met Melissa around 2006 in North Dakota. She quickly became like a sister to me. Although miles apart, we always kept in contact. She was simply a beautiful soul. Fly high, Melissa. My deepest condolences to her family. May God wrap his arms around you during this time.
