Timothy J. Smith

December 27, 1957March 3, 2012

Timothy J. Smith, 54, of Navasota entered into rest on March 3, 2012 at the Brazos Valley Hospice Inpatient Facility in Bryan. A funeral service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in College Station. Interment will follow at the Memorial Cemetery of College Station and the Aggie Field of Honor. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in College Station.

Timothy was born December 27, 1957 in Salem, Indiana the son of Robert and Barbara (Doyle) Smith. He attended Salem High School and the Ivy Tech. Mr. Smith owned and operated Air Tech Brazos Valley. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing and racing.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Smith and a grandson, Keith O’Neil Baldwin, II.

Survivors include his wife, Rhonda M. Smith; mother, Barbara Spalding; sons, Keith O’Neil Baldwin, Jeremiah St. John Ybarra; two brothers, Jeff Smith, Jonathan Spalding; one sister, Melissa Benitez; and 10 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Brazos Valley.

I am so sorry for your loss. I was surfing the webb and for some reason Googled Tim and found out about his passing just now. I am sorry we lost contact these last few years. I am proud to have had him as my Best Man
