

Lorrine was born in Dallas, Texas on July 5, 1933 to Jettie Lucille and John Thomas Curtis. Lorrine grew up in Dallas where she met the love of her life, Elkon Walker and they were married on March 10, 1951.
Lorrine and Elkon couldn’t wait to start a family of their own and shortly after that moved to Irving where they raised their children and welcomed their grandchildren. Their children meant the world to them. They had three sons Eugene, Ronnie, and David, and one daughter Kathy.
After the passing of her husband Elkon, Lorrine moved to Euless where she lived the remainder of her life.
Early in her life (1948) Lorrine became a Christian and continued to grow in her faith and love for Jesus the rest of her life. She attended several different churches throughout her years and was currently a member at Woodland Heights Baptist Church.
Lorrine was preceded in death by her husband Elkon, son Ronnie, brother James, and sisters, Tennie, Lois, and Corrine. She is survived by her son Eugene and daughter-in-law Tricia, her daughter-in-law Donna, her son David and daughter-in- law Cathy, her daughter Kathy and son-in-law Glenn, grandchildren Brian, Kevin, Aaron, Julie, Jennifer, Brett, Justin, and Krystal, and twelve great grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Wayne, and sisters, Bobbie and Dorothy.
