Ashley Anastacia-Marie Guess was born on May 12, 1987 at 9:00am to Stephanie Y. Phillips and David A. Guess at All Saints Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. From the moment she entered this world, she was such a joy to be around. Her warm smile and kind-loving spirit were so infectious. She could always make you laugh, even when you didn’t want to! Ashley loved animals, being outdoors, and anything pertaining to nature. As a child Ashley would attempt to rescue any animal in distress. Ashley attended North Crowley High School and Texas Woman’s University. She later graduated from Everest College and was a certified medical assistant. Ashley exuded great confidence in the medical field and her passion was cancer research. Even with her academic accolades, her greatest accomplishment was her 6-year old son Braylon, whom she adored, cherished, and loved with all her heart. He was the sole inspiration for her fight with brain cancer. Ashley was granted the opportunity to lay down her battle on January 19, 2016 and give it to her Heavenly Father. She was a great mother, a loving daughter, and deeply treasured by her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all. Gone too soon, but never forgotten.
