Barbara Joan Skipper went to be with the Lord on December 29th, 2016 at the age of 83. She is preceded by her parents, Arthur and Barbara Jackson and her brother, Max. Joan is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Frank Skipper, Sr. She is lovingly remembered by her children- sons Frank Skipper, Jr. and David Skipper and daughter, Laura Skipper and by her grand-children - Kelsey, Carter and Alex. Joan touched many lives with her vibrant smile and kind heart. She was a gracious and loving wife and mom. She will be greatly missed. But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body. Philippians 3:20-21
