Barbara Anne Duffy Stevens

Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Saturday at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home.

Barbara was born Feb. 16, 1929, in Akron, Ohio. She was a lover of life, laughter, and all creatures great and small. She was a devoted wife and a loving and nurturing mother of six daughters and a son, Mark Louis, grandmother of 12 and great-grandmother of two. She was a published author and an accomplished artist. She was a generous, kind, funny and unique lady. She believed anything was possible and she proved that in her many successful business ventures. Her extraordinary artistic creativity was apparent in every aspect of her life including her painting, gardening, cooking, sewing and mosaics. She will forever be in our hearts.
