Betty graduated from Plymouth High School in Plymouth, Michigan, and received a High School Diploma.
She was married to Howard A. Agosta on 26 January 1951.
Betty worked as a Homemaker. Before her marriage, she worked as an office assistant for Evans Corporation in Detroit.
She was a member of Rainbow Girls, Eastern Star, and the Military Officers Association of America. Betty had a passion for cooking, baking, and reading stories to her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by Brant and Gertrude Jarvis (father and mother), Billy Jarvis (twin brother), and Howard Agosta (husband).
Betty is survived by her sons Richard Agosta (Ellen), and Kenneth Agosta (Latifa), daughter Debra Ridenour, grandchildren, Jennifer Sherbert, Richard Agosta (Molly), Andrew Agosta, Brooke Barker (Caleb), and Ashley Ridenour, great-grandchildren, Hannah Sherbert, Emma Agosta, Zachary Agosta, and Arie Agosta.
